FHA Streamline 203k Mortgage
The Streamline 203k Mortgage is a limited repair program that allows homebuyers to finance an additional $35,000 into their mortgage to improve or upgrade their home before move-in. With the Streamline 203k program, borrowers are able to tap into cash to pay for property repairs or improvements, such as those identified by a home inspector or FHA appraiser.
FHA 203k Mortgage
The full 203k Mortgage is HUD's primary program for the rehabilitation and repairs of singel family properties that is a one-to four-family dwelling. With this program you're able to rehab the entire property and obtain a mortgage up to the FHA Loan limits which varies by market.
Who Qualifies?
- A minimum down payment of 3.5%
- A credit score of 640 or higher
- You currently don't have no other FHA loans
